Please give us as much notice of your change of plans as possible.<\/p>\n NON SMOKING<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n All cabins\/bungalows are NON SMOKING \u2013 this includes the porch.\u00a0 <\/span>Non-compliance \/ smoking inside of the cabins\/bungalows will incur a $250 charge. \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Smoking area is available at the BBQ site providing guests are not eating or cooking there at the time.<\/span><\/p>\n CLEANING<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Unreasonable mess within a bungalow that results in the future loss of a nightly rental \u2013 the guest may incur the cost of a professional cleaning ($250).
