CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES

Check in is at 4 pm and check out is 11 am. 

If possible – we can try to accommodate an earlier check in or departure to the extent of an additional hour but this cannot be guaranteed. 

We also cannot guarantee specific cabins that are requested but will do our utmost to facilitate.

CANCELLATION

Deposits are fully refundable up to 24 hours prior to your check-in time. deposits are non-refundable when cancellations are made within 24 hours of your check-in time. Please give us as much notice of your change of plans as possible.

NON SMOKING

All cabins/bungalows are NON SMOKING – this includes the porch.  Non-compliance / smoking inside of the cabins/bungalows will incur a $250 charge.    

Smoking area is available at the BBQ site providing guests are not eating or cooking there at the time.

CLEANING

Unreasonable mess within a bungalow that results in the future loss of a nightly rental – the guest may incur the cost of a professional cleaning ($250). Any physical damage beyond normal wear; guests will be charged for repair or replacement for damage.
