- Pork tenderloin flavoured with our green peppercorn sauce
- Double charbroiled chicken breast served with a mango salsa

- Oven baked fillet of salmon in our chef's special seasoning, a Canyon favorite
- Orange Roughy stuffed with scallops, cashews and mushrooms in a white wine sauce
