• Johnston Canyon is a smaller hertage style resort that includes a main lodge, 36 cabins, dining room,giftshop, coffee shop, and employs 30-35 people from various parts of the world
• Our Season runs from May 1 - Oct 15, 2008
• We are located 25 minutes west from Banff on the Bow Valley Parkway in Banff National Park
• The work week is 44 hrs. 6 days on/1 day off , varied shifts, depending on position.
• Wages $8.50/hour with an additional $1.50/hour bonus for all hours worked (bonus will be paid out at end of completed contract) + shared tips weekly = $11.00+/hr
• All banked hours will be paid out on completion of time contract.
• Tips are shared with everyone and paid out weekly.
• Use of illicit substances not tolerated.
• Employment includes basic room (includes all bedding and towels) and board (3 meals/day) normally 2 people to a room in non-coed accommodation at $10.00/day
• Positions are available in Kitchen, Dining room, Housekeeping, Frontdesk, Coffee shop, and Giftshop areas.
• Experience preferred but we are willing to train.
